Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:30A.M. Tuesdays we focus on strength training where you will work on the six fundamental movement patterns. You will squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry. On Thursdays we will continue to get the heart rate up with cardiovascular training. Let’s wake up, work out, and be happy!
