Are you ready to get back outside and get your heart rate up again!
Our outdoor classes in September will include quality bodyweight strength training and endurance. Each class is designed to keep you on your toes and wanting more! Starting with movement prep, you will learn how to carry out proper form for each exercise, enhance your overall movement quality, and learn proper breathing techniques along the way. Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels as modifications can be given to those with limitations. Our goal is to offer encouragement without any intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun! Please come prepared with a yoga mat and Water bottle to each class. Friendly reminder, each class will be set up and prepared with social distancing protocols in place.
