Momentum Athlete Ages 10-12
- Two class options per week on Tuesday and Thursday @3:30-4:30p.m
- Our introductory Momentum Athlete Program focuses on the Long-Term Athletic Development Approach. At this stage participants will begin to learn the six fundamental movement patterns. They will learn how to squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry. At this stage time will also be spent learning the ABC’S of Athleticism: agility, balance, coordination, and speed. This program focuses on providing a fun environment, while building a strong community of multisport athletes that will gain the confidence and desire to patriciate in sports for years to come.
