30 Day Movement Challenge!

The new year is just around the corner and the thought of all the exciting things coming up in 2020 has me prancing around in the snow! 

2020 marks a new year, a fresh start for many, and the chance to not let your bad habits from 2019 follow you into 2020. This is your year, a year you're going to look back on and be proud of!

I know the pressure to make New Year's resolutions are coming at you from all angles, and some of you might feel the need to smack them right away. But I want you to take a deep breath and let this sink in first, New Year's resolutions don't have to be EXTREME, they just have to be consistent. Consistency is key to reaching your goals and turning your new found routine into a new habit. Your new habit will grow stronger each day and before you even realize a new lifestyle has developed. This is exactly why I have put together a 30 Day Movement Challenge for you! A simple strategy to help you stay consistent with moving your body each day for 30 days. Encourage your friends and family to join in with you. Hang this on your fridge, in the staff lunch room, or on your bulletin board in your office. Let's move more and increase our daily activity.
