The Functional Movement Screen is recommended for individuals who are healthy and active, or those who are healthy and may be inactive and are planning to increase their daily physical activity. The FMS is a tool that screens a series of fundamental movement patterns. The goal of the screen is to determine movement deficiency and uncover any asymmetries.
