Competitive Athlete Ages 12-13
- Three In-season class options per week on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday @3:30-4:30p.m
- Off season classes running Monday and Wednesday from 12:15-1:15.
- Our small group Competitive Youth Athletics Training Program is geared towards developing well rounded youth athletes. With high quality Youth Athletic coaching, and our Long-Term Athletic Development approach we ensure our athletes are getting exactly what they need. We will provide them with the tools to improve their acceleration and deceleration mechanics, increase their speed and power, and improve their overall strength and conditioning. We want them to keep playing for years to come! Let’s do so confidently together.
