Elite Athletics Training Ages 14-18
- Choose participation level from 1,2, or 3 days per week. In-season Classes running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 6:30-7:30a.m.
- Off season classes running July 1st- August 7th Monday and Wednesday from 12:15-1:15 for ages 12-15. Ages 16-19 classes running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 8:00-9:00a.m.
- Our small group training programs are built to help athletes succeed all season long! With high quality Youth Athletic coaching, and our long-term athletic development approach we ensure our athletes are getting exactly what they need. Our programs are aimed to help build overall athleticism by improving and maintaining strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, and coordination. We want to make sure no athlete gets sidelined during their season due to injuries. A successful season means staying healthy, athletic longevity is our goal!
