Elite Athletics Training Ages 15-18
- Choose participation level from 1- 2 days per week. In-season Classes running Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:45-7:45a.m.
- Off season classes running July 3rd- August 25th Monday and Wednesday from 8:00-9:00a.m. With options available for additional Open Gym times.
- Our small group training programs are built to help athletes succeed all season long! With high quality Youth Athletic coaching, and our long-term athletic development approach we ensure our athletes are getting exactly what they need. Our programs are aimed to help build overall athleticism by improving and maintaining strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, and coordination. We want to make sure no athlete gets sidelined during their season due to injuries. A successful season means staying healthy, athletic longevity is our goal!
